Peace, Mindfulness and Awareness

“A Drop In Class” First Saturday of Every Month, 2pm to 4:30pm

Rigpa Newcastle offers authentic meditation practices drawn from the centuries-old Tibetan tradition. Our “Introduction to Meditation: Peace, Mindfulness and Awareness” drop-in sessions are ideal for beginners and experienced meditators alike. These stand-alone sessions beautifully demonstrate the relevance of ancient Buddhist teachings to our busy modern lives.

Peace, mindfulness and awareness in the modern world offers:

  • discussion of how we can bring the benefits of meditation into every aspect of our daily lives
