You can sponsor and request prayers and practices for yourself, a family member, or a friend who is ill, facing difficulties, dying, or has recently deceased.
You can do this by sending a request to the community of monastic and lay spiritual practitioners at Lerab Ling, Rigpa’s main centre in France. This is done by making the request online.
The practictioners at Lerab Ling observe a daily schedule of prayer, practice and meditation, following one of the most ancient lineages of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
Additionally, all names are sent periodically to some monasteries in India, Sikkim and Nepal, with which Rigpa holds a close connection. There the names are also included in their daily practices, practice intensives, and ceremonies.
Prayers can be requested by anyone, irrespective of your faith.
