Drop-In Meditation
Several drop-in meditation sessions are held each week at our centre at 10 Swan St, Cooks Hill. These are indicated in the calendar below. Please check the Practice Calendar during holidays as there may be a break for some of the unguided sessions. Friday Guided MeditationGuided meditation sessions are held every Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm. This is a wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre in Cooks Hill and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment. Drop in when you can make it - no booking is necessary - but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins. A short teaching is shown each session for guidance and inspiration. Cushions and chairs are provided. A small donation to the centre by attendees is much appreciated. Unguided MeditationIn addition to the Friday sessions, there are several unguided meditation sessions during the week. These are 45 minutes in duration, and are intended for people with some meditation experience as no guidance is given. Unguided medition sessions are currently held on the following days and times. Mondays from 12:30pm to 1:15pm Tuesdays from 6:30am to 7:15am, and from 12:30pm to 1:15pm Wednesdays from 6:30am to 7:15am |
