Several drop-in meditation sessions are held each week at our centre at 47 James Street, Hamilton. These are indicated in the calendar below.
Please check the Practice Calendar during holidays as there may be a break for some of the unguided sessions.
Guided meditation sessions are held every Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm.
This is a wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre in Hamilton and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.
Drop in when you can make it - no booking is necessary - but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins.
A short teaching is shown each session for guidance and inspiration. Cushions and chairs are provided.
A small donation to the centre by attendees is much appreciated.
In addition to the Friday evening sessions, there are three lightly guided meditation sessions during the week. These are 45 minutes in duration. All are welcome. The centre is also open from 10am to 3pm on these days and you are welcome to come and sit in the shrine room during these times.
