Drop-In Meditation

Several drop-in meditation sessions are held each week at our centre at 47 James Street, Hamilton. These are indicated in the calendar below.

Please check the Practice Calendar during holidays as there may be a break for some of the unguided sessions.

Friday Evening Guided Meditation

Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm.

This is a wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre in Hamilton and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.

Drop in when you can make it - no booking is necessary - but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins.

A short teaching is shown each session for guidance and inspiration.  Cushions and chairs are provided.

Entry is by Donation.

Lunch Time Meditation

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 12:30pm to 1:15pm

In addition to the Friday evening sessions, there are lightly guided meditation sessions at 12:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday These are 45 minutes in duration. All are welcome. The centre is also open from 12 noon until 1:30pm on these days. Please feel free to come and leave quietly during this times to suit your schedule.
