Friday Evening Guided Meditation

Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm.

This is a wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre in Hamilton and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.

Drop in when you can make it – no booking is necessary – but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins.

A short teaching is shown each session for guidance and inspiration.  Cushions and chairs are provided.

Entry is by Donation.

Lunch Time Meditation

Tuesday to Friday from 12:30pm to 1:15pm

In addition to the Friday evening sessions, there are lightly guided meditation sessions at 12:30 from Tuesday to Friday These are 45 minutes in duration. All are welcome. The centre is also open from 12 noon until 1:30 pm on these days. Please feel free to come and leave quietly during this times to suit your schedule.

Entry is by Donation.

Introduction to Meditation: Peace, Mindfulness and Awareness

“A Drop In Class” First Saturday of Every Month, 2pm to 4:30pm

These classes are for newcomers to Buddhism and meditation, as well as those who already have some experience with meditation and wish to deepen their understanding and practice. This is not a course so feel free to come along to any session that suits you. No need to register, just drop in.

Loving Kindness Drop-in Guided Practice

3rd Saturday of each month, 2pm till 3pm

Many people tell us that loving kindness practice gives them a method for transforming their difficult emotions and helps them avoid getting stuck in confusion and negativity. For this reason, many students discover that by meditating on loving kindness their shamatha meditation practice is more stable.
